When we start a small business, we ended up using many hats, ie, performing all functions. Since, not only do you’ve to create and manage content, but also you’ve to market it, manage finances, communicate with customers, among a thousand other things.
Consequently, this can become very overwhelming. So, I’m always looking for new business work tools to help me save time and make more efficient my daily tasks. As a result, I use up to 15 tools that simplify my life. In this post, I’ll share my 5 main business work tools. As well, I’ll teach you how they can be useful in your business or project.
PLANOLY*
Planoly is very similar to Latergram, it lets you schedule your Instagram posts. As a result, you could actually see how your profile will look. Also, I can respond to comments from the computer and see which publications have had better effect on the network. Hence, it’s not one of those free business work tools but it’s really worth it!
17 HATS*
When I tested this tool I fell in love. This is the solution to all administrative business actions of any kind (especially if you work on projects). It has from a calendar to managing your finances. You can generate contracts, questionnaires, automated workflows and more. Even though, not all the business work tools are free but this has saved me so much time that is worth every penny.
GOOGLE DOCS
Believe it or not, all content I produce goes through Google Docs first. It’s the best way to collaborate with others as I can share files and be aware of each review. Also, it saves me lots of headaches because it auto- saves every 5 seconds. Goodbye to lose that post in which I lasted several hours!

Although Squarespace (where I have my website hosted) has its own analytical, for me is super important to know every detail of my blog traffic to make better decisions. Google Analytics is one of the most powerful business work tools that you must not forget to installed.
ZOHO MAIL
This platform is the best free tool for personalized mail. Here you can have up to 10 emails in “yourname@domain.com” format. They have many facilities, most noteworthy, let’s you schedule emails to be automatically sent (for night-owls like me) and a comprehensive mobile application.
