The Best Travel Guide To San Francisco I
If you follow me on instagram sure you’ve seen some of my photos from my days in the “Bay Area”. This is my second time visiting this beautiful city, full of charm and filled with art, perfect to enhance creativity. I decided to enjoy a few days of vacation and celebrate a my birthday doing what I love the most; travel and explore. This was not a “tourist” trip that i needed to wake up at 5 AM but more relaxing with the mission of finding inspiration, expend my creativity and have some fun with people I love.

SAN FRANCISCO FLOWER MARKET
One of the places I loved and did not know was the flower market. Here you will find hundreds of vendor booths with beautiful flowers and plants of all kinds. They had flowers that had never seen in my life. Most sellers are Mexican, so I was super easy to communicate with them in Spanish. I set up a conversation with one of them and he was so surprised that I had come so far to see the market that he decided to give me flowers as a gift. We must admit that people fall in love with Dominicans.
HAIGHT ASHBURY
This is the hippie / retro area of San Francisco. It’s a street full of stores with vintage shops of clothing and decoration. If by any chance you’re there, make sure to stop by The Fizzary, is a small shop selling all kinds of sodas. The selection is great and they have a wonderful retro decor. This neighborhood is very bohemian, inspired by different decades from the 20’s to the 70’s. You’ll definitely feel like you’ve traveled in a time machine.
HAYES VALLEY
I really love this place where Vitoriana and Edwardian architecture mixed together with bohemian and high-end hipster style. You must stop by Zonal, there is a mini shop called Timeless Treasure inside of it. Here you will find a variety of super cool alphabet letters (this instagram photo was there) and also they have a range of creative antique furnishings. Cross by Azalea, a small boutique where you’ll find a selection of exquisite pieces of clothing. And do not forget to go inside Flight 001, a travel and luggage shop with an unconventional items, you’ll have so much fun just looking at their pouches’ collection.
