A Chic Way to Wear A Bralette
I’ve never been a big fan of showing my underwear on the daylight, remember when it became a “trend” to walk around showing your bra straps? Oh no, that was not for me! Even when I wear tops with transparency I have to think it twice. However, like everything in life, you have the right to change your mind and adapt trends to your own tastes and style. I’ve discovered how to wear a “bralette” bra and I’m in love. I’ve seen it on other bloggers and magazines, so I decided to test it myself. I got this one at Forever21, I really liked the lace detail and the fact that is not completely transparent. The bralette is lined so it feels like a mini crop top. It has crossed wide straps in the back, and it might seem that I have another top underneath my tank top.
This piece is perfect for tank tops or dresses that have a more open necklines, or even under a formal blazer for a sexy – polished look. Nordstrom has a very good selection of styles, with various colors to match. At the end, you should play around to achieve a look in which you feel comfortable. Please note that I will never wear a bralette and show it in public if I go to a job interview or a formal reunion showing part of my underwear, there is a time and place for everything. This look is appropriated for more casual meetings.
