Wake Up & Shake // Summer Workout Playlist
I’m not a morning person and I’m not very athletic, I’ve never been one of those people! Just ask my closest friends, they KNOW! (haha! they would be laughing if they read this). However, I’m a very persistent person, and when something gets in your head, I’ll work for it.
This year I decided to wake up early and hit the gym. Reasons? Well, I’m almost reaching the big 30s, diabetes runs in my family and my former years in Italy were a total lack of control. I had to do something about it.
We’re halfway through the year and I still continue with my routine (see, they were not only New Year’s Eve resolution! 😉 ) I’ve to admit that some days it’s very hard to get out of the bed, but when I’m on my feet everything becomes easier and more if you have the right workout playlist. Today I’m sharing the songs that help me to leave the comfort of the sheets and shake the booty. There’s nothing like hearing Pitbull, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, JLo, or some 90’s latin artist like Sandy y Papo, to start the day with fresh batteries.
