They have many cool things, but some of them are too young and casual for my style. After several attempts, trials and errors, I’ve discovered what is the trick to finding key pieces in Forever 21 when you’re no longer 21
Here are my tips that never fail:
LOOK AT THE “CONTEMPORARY” SECTION
Whether in store or online, when you buy at Forever 21, try to find the pieces that have the Contemporary label. It is the most “adult” collection, with cuts are more classic and best intaglio, besides the tissue is more resistant.
CHOOSE TIMELESS PIECES
It could very easy to get carry away with trends, which look amazing on the mannequin but maybe not so good on your body or overall style. When you buy at Forever 21, choose timeless pieces, because you’ll be able to combine them and create different looks with pieces from other brands.
PAY ATTENTION TO MATERIALS
When you buy at Forever 21, check out the materials. If you buy online, always read the descriptions or look for the label, if you are buying at the store. Choose fabrics that feel more resilient, not as tight. Another tip is to look for pieces that are lined, as it will always give you a better fit.
BE CAREFUL WITH THE LENGHT
So pieces at Forever 21 can be super-short, something we want to avoid when we’re not 21 anymore. When you buy at Forever 21, look for pieces with a more appropriate length, remember that if you’re tall or wide at the bottom everything will look shorter. Remember, the appropriate length will always make you look more sophisticated.
