The mini skirt was actually born in the 60’s and it was a revolutionary fashion item at that time. People were not use to that kind of length, so it was a way to young girl to express their freedom and sensuality.

The best way to style a denim mini skirt is pairing it with a button down shirt, it could have sleeves or not! The contrast between formal and casual is what make it so appealing. Play with the accessories to create different style. On my look, I went for a little bohemian touch with the long chain necklace, open boots and fedora hat. But you could try out with sneakers and a backpack bag for a sporty look or shiny heels and a statement necklace for a fancy look.
